Returns and Exchanges

The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.  Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us telephonically or by e-mail for autorisation of return.  You will then obtain a return number . Returns sent without authorization will be refused. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original condition in its original packaging, and must be saleable as new. Restock fee is assessed by the Manager upon inspection and may be waived when store credit is taken (instead of a refund).  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Special order items may not be returned under any circumstances.  If your item is unused but has been mis-ordered, you may exchange it for different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. 
For warranty replacements, please contact us telephonically or by e-mail to obtain return authorization. A copy of the sales receipt must be included. Returns sent without authorization will be refused. Most products we sell are warranted for one-year from date of delivery.


Other than as required under consumer protection law, under no circumstance will 4MyBike (Pty) Ltd be liable for any loss or damage, including that caused by reliance on information obtained through the website. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of any content provided by 4MyBike (Pty) Ltd.  The user accepts all responsibility in evaluating his or her ability to install any item.
